Formal Portraits

With our on-site printing and on-site studio, we can set up at Proms, banquets, awards ceremonies, pageants, holiday parties, and any other event where couples and group portraits would be enjoyed. The best part pf bringing in our photographers is that we can print on-site so everyone can have their pictures right away and take them home with them. We can also take pictures of the rest of your event for future advertising, newsletters, yearbooks, or any other need you might have.

There are a few ways that we can do pricing for these events.

The most common option for banquets, parties, and awards ceremonies is a flat rate, we can give you a price that should cover all images people want at the event (often around 500, but we can add on a few more images in the unlikely event that they are needed) For this, all images are printed the same size and can be provided by themselves or in a folder frame.

For Proms, Pageants, and other banquets and events, we can also set up a booth and charge guests individually for their pictures, with multiple packages to choose from. This is a great option to give more options to your guests without adding to the cost of each guest. In most cases we can also take a few atmosphere pictures for you at no extra charge, for instance, to provide pageant organizers with a few images of winners to submit to the newspaper and to publicise the event for the following year.

In some cases, we may also be able to work with your non-profit organization to charge guests for their pictures and share the profits after our costs are covered. This is available on an extremely limited basis. Examples of this would be pet photography with an animal shelter or tee shot photographs at a charity golf tournament.
